By accessing or using Coaade products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Coaade provides offline AI coding tools including the Coaade Desktop App, Coaade IDE, VS Code Extension, CLI, and AI models. Our Services are designed to run locally on your device with optional cloud features depending on your plan.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer Free, Developer, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.
• Enterprise terms are governed by separate agreements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer our models beyond what is permitted, or to redistribute our software without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Code you generate using Coaade tools belongs to you. Coaade retains ownership of its software, models, and documentation. The Free plan is for non-commercial use; paid plans include commercial use licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or code errors.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
